Doctor of Physical Therapy Nimesh completed his Bachelors in Physical Therapy in India (2006) and worked with a vast variety of patients before completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Profession in 2013. He has also achieved various certifications in treatment techniques including certifications in manual therapy, LSVT BIG and CDP. He got his certification in LSVT BIG, a specialized and highly effective treatment approach for patients with Parkinson’s, to improve movement pattern and overall function.
Nimesh believes in an individual treatment approach for each of his patient’s specific needs and personal goals to help improve their ability and performance. He has worked with patients with various conditions including orthopedic, neurology, pediatric and geriatric.
Nimesh has also worked with varied orthopedic cases including post surgical rehabilitation of Knee/Hip replacements, ACL/PCL repairs, Meniscal injury with or without surgical intervention, Muscle/Tendon tears and repairs in upper and lower body, degenerative conditions including OA/RA, and chronic conditions like Spinal Stenosis. Using the experience he gained after earning his PT degree in 2006, Nimesh has multiple tools and skills to help you through your journey to maximum potential.
Nicholas received his bachelors from Michigan State University in Kinesiology and graduated from Franklin Pierce University in 2021 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has vast clinical experiences ranging from outpatient orthopedic musculoskeletal conditions including post-operative care of multiple magnitudes, acute spinal cord injury care and treatment,and inpatient acute COVID-19 recovery.

-LSVT BIG (Lee Sullivan Voice Treatment): For treatment and management of Parkinson’s Disease
-Level 1 and 2 Dry Needling of Orthopedic/ Musculoskeletal Conditions
-ICE Clinical Cervical Spine Management
-ICE Thrust Spinal Manipulation
Nicholas enjoys treating patients of all ages and a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He uses a combined focus of exercise based therapeutic care, manual joint mobilization, myofascial/trigger point release, and dry needling in his treatments to achieve the greatest outcomes.
Outside of work; Nicholas enjoys his time maintaining his own health and fitness, spending time with friends and family, relaxing, and exploring the outdoors. Nicholas finds passion in helping others find their strengths and confidence in themselves with not only their body but spirit.
Alex completed his massage therapy training at Irene’s Institute of Myomassology. After earning a B.S. in Psychology from Wayne State University, Alex explored various career paths before ultimately finding his calling in physical medicine at Irene’s. There, he honed his knowledge in therapeutic and orthopedic massage and developed a deep passion for helping others through physical manipulation and the power of touch. Whether working with athletes recovering from injuries, patients managing chronic pain, or individuals seeking to improve their overall wellness, Alex brings a compassionate and individualized approach to every session.
Improving performance and helping his clients get better at their sport is Alex’s main passion. In high school he ran on the cross country and long-distance track teams, as well as swam on the swim team. From being a student athlete himself and helping his teammates he learned how to recover better himself and teaching better recovery to others. His knowledge of common sports and overuse injuries from first hand experience give him insight into what athletes experience from straining a muscle at the gym to shin splints on the pavement.
His dedication to his patients and passion for the field make Alex an excellent choice for anyone seeking massage therapy and rehabilitation services.
Nichole, our friendly and welcoming Office Manager, has been with us at RPT for over a year now. Coming from a caregiving background, she fits right in helping patients with anything they may need while in our care. She lives locally with her husband and two cats and loves curling up with a good book.
Nichole has made the exciting decision to go back to school and pursue a career as a Physical Therapy Assistant. With her passion for helping others and her dedication to supporting our patients, Nichole has always been a vital part of our front office team. Her warm smile and caring attitude make her the first person patients see when they walk in, and she is always ready to assist in any way she can. Now, with her new path in physical therapy, Nichole is excited to expand her knowledge and skills to make an even greater impact on the lives of those she helps, both in the office and as part of the therapy team in the future.
Sarah, our hilarious, fantastic, most helpful physical therapy technician is a recent addition to our Resurgence family. She currently is attending school at Oakland University in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Minor in Business. She previously attended Oakland Community College playing softball and graduated with an Associates Degree. Sarah also takes part in helping to run the social media pages, which you should definitely check out! Some of her favorite things include sports, hanging out with her friends and fashion.
